Ziggy?s Refuge is preparing for an unprecedented winter storm in the South, with forecasts calling for historic snowfall, extreme cold, and likely power outages. As a rural sanctuary, we are often the last to have power restored, and many of the animals in our care are elderly, special-needs, and fully dependent on us.
