At Safeplace, we strive to provide the best possible environment for clients who utilize our shelter. We provide security, case management, and basic needs to assist our clients and their children with daily necessities. Additionally, we have an updated playground area for our families to enjoy with beautiful landscaping and opportunities for children to run, climb, slide, and play.

However, we would like to provide an outside space designated for adults that harnesses the peaceful, hopeful, and reflective qualities of the outdoors within our shelter?s walls. On our property, we currently have an unutilized space that will work perfectly to house a meditation garden?an outlet that our adult clients desperately need and deserve. Our vision for this garden is a tranquil outdoor, yet still secure space that fosters self-healing to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, and reduce stress.
