March is National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month, and for our family, it is a time to celebrate our son, Amazing Adam.

Since Kindergarten, every March we bring CP awareness into his classroom. We read books, do crafts, have open conversations, and bring in Adam?s walker, crutches, and braces so students can see, touch, and ask questions. When children understand why Adam uses mobility aids, something wonderful happens. They stop noticing the walker and simply see their friend.
