This Campaign is a fundraiser for the Brave Foundation. Through our Be Brave initiative we are committed to making sports more accessible by providing financial assistance, free programming, equipment support, mentorship while also promoting confidence, resilience, and positive mental health. Our foundation will allow athletes to access mental health resources, nutritional education, and wellness resources designed specifically for female athletes. Our foundation will bring in guest speakers and workshops, focused on confidence, anxiety management, burnout, identity, outside of sports and healthy coping strategies. We believe athletes are more than the sport they play, and our mission is to build a community where girls feel supported, valued, and inspired to be brave in competition and challenges, but most importantly in life.
