A lot of bookish merch exists in the context of telling people to read more books. With this launch, I'm offering a different approach to reading by encouraging readers to support their local libraries and borrowing more books. While a lot can be said about library access in marginalized communities, my hope is that libraries are 1) inclusive to all people, 2) can relieve the idea that entertainment always has a monetary value attached, and 3) can serve communities properly so communities can, in turn, support them too.
