Coast to Coast for a Cause was started in 2006 when two UConn medical students pedaled from California to Connecticut to raise money for leukemia research. This year, nine UConn students will become the 18th team to complete this cross-country trip, biking over 4,000 miles in support of The REACH Fund, Connecticut's very own abortion fund.

We believe that funding abortion is an act of community love, and as future doctors, dentists, and social workers, we could not be more proud to support those seeking this essential healthcare procedure. We are so excited to be supporting The REACH Fund, and believe abortion should be accessible from "Coast to Coast."
