We are hoping to raise funds for the ongoing research and understanding of the many Mental Health Conditions and challenges that can plague young and old.

Who is affected?

In any given year, 1 in 5 Canadians experiences a mental illness.

Young people aged 15 to 24 are more likely to experience mental illness and/or substance use disorders than any other age group.

We have redesigned Dylan's shirt for his 30th birthday, being that we still want to continue to spread awareness for mental health support. 

As we all know the people around us all have their own stories and we want to help in the fight against mental health and give support where we can, as well as remembering our friend, son, brother Dylan Alexander Sahara

We will be donating the proceeds to a local program SOS Mental Wellness Centre

We will always miss Dylan but know when you look up, he will always be there right when you need him, and if that means we can help someone else we always will- just as Dylan did
