About this campaign

10 Years of Feeding the People

Looks like your text is -170 character over the limit. Please shorten it to 200 characters or less.

Winona Kasto is a traditional Lakota cook and who helped nourish the water protectors at Oceti Sakowin Camp during the 2016 Standing Rock movement. Through Winona?s Kitchen, she served hundreds of people with traditional foods, warmth, and humor, embodying the Indigenous values of community, cultural preservation, and caring for one another. Her work reminds us that feeding the people is an act of love, resistance, and solidarity.
