Front: The Guiding Eyes logo (in the upper left chest area of the shirt) showing a side silhouette of a person sitting next to a Labrador Retriever guide dog wearing a harness. The guide dog is in front of the person, and they are both looking in the same direction. To the right of the image, the text reads "Guiding Eyes" in large, bold letters with "for the Blind" in smaller text below.

Back: A vector image of a yellow Lab guide dog in harness in motion. A gradient rainbow softly trails the dog's paws, and the harness is accented with rainbow detailing. Text above reads: "Forward with" and text below reads "pride,"
