Ridglan Farms Beagle Info:
Around 2,000 beagles are held at this Wisconsin breeding and research facility. It has been cited for hundreds of serious animal welfare violations, including ~300 tied to felony-level cruelty. Under a settlement, it must stop breeding dogs for sale to labs by July 1?but can still keep dogs for its own research.
Public pressure is growing. Congressman Mark Pocan has urged that every Ridglan beagle be prioritized for safe rehoming.
