Autosomal Dominant Tubulointerstitial Kidney Disease (ADTKD) is a rare, inherited condition that slowly causes kidney failure. Because it is rare, many doctors aren't even familiar with it?leaving families to navigate the diagnosis on their own.

• Scale Awareness: We create and distribute educational brochures, conduct webinars, and exhibit at kidney professionals' national conferences, putting ADTKD on doctors' radars.
• Expand the ADTKD Patient Registry: We encourage nephrologists and genetic testing labs to refer their patients with suspected or confirmed ADTKD to the ADTKD Patient Registry at Wake Forest University so that scientists can learn more about this invisible disease and expand the patient pool for upcoming clinical trials of promising treatments. 
• Support Patients and Families: We provide resources and a community so no one has to walk this path alone.
