Every parent?s worst nightmare is watching their child wrongly accused, and for our family, that nightmare became a reality.
Our daughter, Lilith, was expelled from high school over a threatening note?a note she did not write. From the moment this happened, we knew the truth, but fighting a school system requires more than just our word.
To prove her innocence beyond a shadow of a doubt, we hired a certified forensic handwriting expert. After thorough comparative analysis, the expert?s official findings confirmed what we knew all along: Lilith is innocent.
We have taken this fight to the Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) board, attending meeting after meeting to demand accountability and present the clear facts. You can watch our public comments directly on YouTube to see our family standing up for justice in front of the board.
Despite presenting concrete expert evidence, the district refuses to fix this injustice. Now, our only choice is to take formal legal action to force the school system to look at the facts and clear Lilith's name.
We cannot let a false accusation derail our daughter?s future. However, the legal fees required to fight a school district are overwhelming, and we cannot do this alone.
