About Red Wolf Sanctuary
THE RED WOLF SANCTUARY, a non-profit, tax-deductible organization incorporated in the State of Indiana in 1979, is dedicated to the preservation and continued existence of North American wildlife.
Our focus is the education of future generations, teaching them the vital part each species plays in the maintenance of a healthy eco-system. Our goal is to expose our visitors to the wonders of nature and of the wildlife that lives in their very own country.
Together we can ensure that our future generations will have the same opportunity to help "save the living past for the future to enjoy".
Proceeds from this fundraiser will directly support the care of native wildlife, as well as rehabilitation efforts for injured or orphaned wildlife.

This is our female bald eagle named Liberty. We believe she is around 22 years old, and she was well known by local Indianna photographers for being a joy to photograph. She came in for rehab in the spring of 2018 due to being attacked by another female in the wild. Liberty has permanent injuries from this fight, both in her left eye, which she is blind in, and in her right wing, she cannot soar, which makes her non-releasable. She has found a forever home with us, and she enjoys perching on the top of the hill in her enclosure and eating fish whenever offered.
She lives with another bald eagle named Justice, who is missing part of her wing due to a previous injury, and who was also deemed her non-releasable. Justice is younger than Liberty, but they spend time perching near one another, with Justice on the firehose perch.
Their flight enclosure is approximately 100ft long and 30ft tall. It cost roughly $30,000 to build, and we are working to build another one now! Your purchase of this design directly supports the building of this new flight enclosure!

This is an injured adult barred owl that was brought to Red Wolf Sanctuary this year after being hit by a car. This individual was released after its rehabilitation with us. We also have 2 resident barred owls who live with us on the property, as their injuries were too grave and prevented them from being released back into the wild, both are victims of car injuries. We provide a home for any animal that we rescue which cannot be released. Your donations and purchases of this design help directly support the care of these rehabilitated and resident birds of prey. We supply their food, water, shelter, veterinary care and life support year-round through a volunteer-led team.
