2) Senior Home Repair: HIT Foundation is committed to helping older adults safely age in place by providing emergency home repairs, proactive handyman services, and essential accessibility modifications.

3) Affordable Housing: We own and manage 50+ rental units throughout Preble County with rent rates below fair market value!
