At just 36, Tiana has been diagnosed with leukemia and is facing a long road ahead. Her treatment is expected to last at least five years, and she may be unable to work for 2?5 years depending on how her body responds.
She is currently undergoing an aggressive treatment plan that includes 24-hour IV chemotherapy for 28-day cycles, oral chemotherapy twice daily, and weekly intrathecal chemotherapy (injected into her spine). After a two-week break, the cycle begins again. Once stable, she will continue these treatments from home through a chest port for approximately 210 days.
Doctors have also found a mass on her spine. She now needs a full PET scan to determine the extent, and there is also a possibility of breast cancer.
The side effects have made it extremely difficult for her to walk, eat, think clearly, or manage basic daily tasks like driving or being in the sun.
We are raising funds to help cover living costs, and daily needs so Tiana can focus on healing without added financial stress. She also has no family to support her. Her mother and grandmother have both passed.
If you?re able to donate, share, or keep her in your thoughts, it truly means everything.
