Lucy is one brave girl! She was born able to stand and even walk, but at just a week old she went down and could not get back up.

We have been in and out of hospitals around the country to try and get answers, but the lil gal continues to stump all of her vets. We have done every possible diagnostic test available to calves, but now we are left to figure the rest out with her, here at the sanctuary.

Lucy has made incredible progress, getting stronger daily and taking more and more steps (literally and figuratively) to a full recovery!
