Someone subjected Lizzy to unspeakable abuse, leaving her with broken bones, a fractured jaw, and injured eyes. Lizzy was lifeless when our team in Azerbaijan got to her. The chance surviving this much trauma was low. But Lizzy survived! After many complicated surgeries, not being able to close her mouth for weeks, and months of hospitalization, Lizzy got better.

Lizzy is perfectly imperfect - her jaw is crooked, one eye was removed, and she's blind. Despite her backstory, Lizzy is GORGEOUS and such a happy soul. In October 2023, Lizzy flew to the US and is happily adopted in Virginia with another GWARP dog named Brave.
