2026 marks Open Your Heart?s 40th Anniversary ? four decades of partnership, service, and care across Minnesota. To celebrate this milestone, we?re launching a limited?edition 40th Anniversary shirt that lets you wear your support and help fuel our mission.
Every shirt purchased directly supports Open Your Heart?s work with food shelves, emergency shelters, and essential?needs organizations statewide. Over the past 40 years, we?ve had the privilege of partnering with nearly every food shelf and shelter in Minnesota and have provided more than $21 million in funding to meet urgent needs.
