Angelman Syndrome (AS) is a rare neuro-genetic disorder caused by a loss of function of the UBE3A gene in the 15th chromosome. Individuals with AS have severe developmental delays, often debilitating seizures, a lack of verbal speech, sleep problems, and a wide range of additional challenges.

The Angelman Syndrome Foundation supports families on their journey by providing resources, funding research, hosting family conferences, coordinating an expansive AS clinic network, and so much more.
