The Persian on the front of the shirt says "Iran Zameen" which points to a civilizational idea, the broader historical homeland and cultural world shaped by Iranian peoples, languages, art, literature, and memory. Encyclopaedia Iranica describes Iranian identity as a sense of belonging to the historic lands of Iran among peoples who lived in Ir?nzamin, and it describes the geographic framework of Iranian culture as the Iranian plateau and its bordering plains.
