Operation Stampede Rescue is a Full-Scale, multijurisdictional training exercise involving numerous first responder agencies, local, state and private partners taking place in Richmond, VA. In an effort to raise money for responders, veterans, and their families all over the United States, all proceeds will go to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation supports catastrophically injured veterans, first responders, and the families of fallen heroes by providing mortgage-free or specially-adapted homes, offering educational scholarships to their children, and working to eradicate veteran homelessness.
