Founded by Nicole Notar, whose personal battle with misdiagnosis and delayed care mirrors the experiences of millions, the organization is driven by the urgent need to address systemic healthcare barriers.

For too many, the journey to diagnosis is long and painful, often involving years of being dismissed or misdiagnosed. Even after diagnosis, many patients are offered ablation?a less effective surgical method?due to limited insurance coverage or lack of provider knowledge. Excision surgery, performed by specialized surgeons, offers significantly better outcomes by removing the disease at its root rather than burning the surface.

However, in the U.S., excision surgery still lacks a specific insurance code, meaning those who need it most often face immense out-of-pocket costs or are forced to settle for substandard care. Endo Excision for All works to change this by raising awareness, educating the public and policymakers, and advocating for insurance reform that ensures access to expert excision surgery for everyone.
