Family Resource Network is a New Jersey nonprofit dedicated to helping people with disabilities and their families find the right resources and support for every step of their journey.
For more than five decades, Family Resource Network has helped individuals and families navigate the challenges of living with disabilities by connecting them to programs, services, information, and community. Through a personalized, human-centric approach, we meet people where they are and help them access the support they need to engage with life to the fullest.
Family Resource Network provides leadership and shared infrastructure for three affiliate organizations: Autism Family Services of New Jersey, Epilepsy Services of New Jersey, and Caregivers of New Jersey. Together, we offer more than 30 programs and services that support thousands of people throughout New Jersey each year.
Our work spans every stage of life and includes support coordination, respite and community-based services, employment and transition supports, recreation, education and training, health and wellness programs, advocacy, caregiver resources, and opportunities for connection. Because every person and family has different needs, our programs are designed to provide practical, individualized support that helps people build independence, participate in their communities, and plan for the future.
Across Family Resource Network and our affiliates, our work is grounded in a simple belief: no one should navigate the challenges of living with disabilities alone. Whether someone is looking for answers after a diagnosis, navigating services and systems, seeking opportunities for greater independence, connecting with others who understand, or finding support for a loved one, we are here to help.
