To empower medically complex families to connect with nurses in their communities, raise awareness of pediatric home health and the devastating nursing shortage crisis, and strengthen the pediatric home health workforce nationwide.

Note: ?Medically complex? is a term used when a child or other individual has a medical condition (in some cases multiple conditions) that require ongoing specialized care. The condition can vary from rare illnesses, to premature birth, and even incidents involving some sort of physical trauma.
