Latinx in Biomechanix?s mission is to foster community by promoting cultural awareness and maximizing the impact of Latinx people in movement science. We aim to accomplish this through the following objectives:

1. Provide a supportive environment to discuss the challenges, needs, and interests of Latinx biomechanists.

2. Increase the visibility of Latinx biomechanists by highlighting the history and contributions of Latinx scholars to the field of biomechanics.

3. Promote awareness of pertinent biomechanics-related events, resources, and advancement opportunities for Latinx and minority scholars.

4. Deliver programming relevant to the academic and professional success of Latinx biomechanists.

5. Collaborate with scientific, educational, academic, and corporate entities to provide financial support for Latinx scholars in biomechanics-related disciplines.
