Our Childrens Trust

Our Children?s Trust empowers young people to enforce their constitutional rights in court when governments endanger their lives, health, and futures by fueling the climate crisis.

OUR VISION
When courts uphold children?s constitutional rights against government actions that worsen climate change, our clean energy transition becomes politician-proof. Current and future generations will live on a restored planet that sustains them, breathing clean air, drinking pure water, and growing up in communities of care. Governments and courts will prioritize children's fundamental rights above profits, placing them at the heart of justice and equity. The young leaders we empower today will become the decision-makers who safeguard tomorrow.
