We built Survivors Empowered to help provide support for survivors and to be a catalyst in the fight to end gun violence.
July 20, 2022, marked a decade since our daughter and eleven other souls were murdered with an assault weapon in Aurora, Colorado. Sadly, gun violence continues at unimaginably high rates, here in America. We will continue to support survivors of all-too-frequent mass shootings; while also redoubling efforts to promote common-sense gun safety.
