If you've heard of Peaceful Fields Sanctuary (a 501c3 non-profit), you've probably seen our gentle giant, Watson the Holstein steer. Watson was rescued from the dairy industry in West Virginia after being born around 2007. After a stay at a foster family, he eventually found his way to his forever home at Peaceful Fields Sanctuary.
His kisses are like a water park ride (have you seen his tongue?! It's as large as your forearm!) and hugging his handsome & massive face is pure joy. Well over six feet tall and 2,500 lbs, you can watch him enjoy Sanctuary life, even from a far distance. He loves his pear tree in the fields, the only thing big enough to withstand his full rubs for scratchies, that also provides him with tasty snacks in the summertime!

--> Help us LICK the animal cruelty of dairy that Watson himself escaped from, with your purchase of this unique design! <--
Every t-shirt & sweatshirt sold covers the cost of printing, shipment, and any proceeds leftover go directly towards the care of Watson and all the other rescued residents who call PFS home.

The Truth About Dairy
For cows to produce milk, they have to be pregnant and give birth, just like other mammals. Calves are routinely removed from their mothers shortly after birth at dairy farms in order to ensure the mother?s milk is collected and sold for human consumption, rather than calf nutrition. Baby girls are either kept and grown in order to be bred, and/or produce milk through repeatedly being impregnated or killed or sold for slaughter. Boys in particular are typically killed, sent to auction, or raised for veal, as only their sperm - not their life - is considered of value for dairy production.
Watson is one of the few lucky boys who not only escaped the cruel fate of the dairy production but gets to enjoy the pleasures and comfort of Sanctuary life for the rest of his days, as well as share his natural goofball nature with all of us <3
Let them ALL live - go vegan!

We are so grateful our sweet Watson was spared the fate that so many of his kind face in the dairy industry. We cannot wait for the day our society no longer accepts the violence and cruelty inherent to milk production, removing dairy products from our shelves and rejecting the myth of "happy cows." Help us get there by going vegan and sponsoring Watson, so that others may be saved and enjoy Sanctuary life too. Buying one of these shirts is just the first step!
Your contribution will be put to use immediately to support the lives of our animal residents who have each suffered immense cruelty at the hands of humans. With your partnership, together we can make a difference in the lives of farmed animals in need!
