Hi! I am Giselli, a STEM student who is fascinated by science in the kitchen. I had the opportunity to help create the Popping Boba STEM Kit. I wanted to be part of this project because I enjoy learning about STEM and wanted to help make science more fun, creative, and hands-on for students. Students will be able to explore the science behind making popping boba, which is a process called spherification, as well as how chemical reactions and ingredients work together.
