Kyle is an amazing young man who has been through hell and back. Being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 16 years old and having to completely revamp his life because of it and then fast forward 13 years to age 29 and being hit with yet another blow after receiving the flu shot. Kyle woke up one day unable to move his lower extremities. He was sent to the hospital where it was determined that he had an adverse reaction to the flu shot and now has an autoimmune disorder called Guillan Barre syndrome more commonly known as GBS. Kyle has been paralyzed 3 times and has had to relearn how to do things such as walk. Above all Kyle is one of the most inspiring, positive people I know. Despite everything he's been through he doesn't let anything get in his way of living his life and he stops at nothing to help someone else who may need a little nudge in the right direction in life. He has helped me realize what I'm capable of if I put my mind to it, he has given me that little nudge and gotten me back on my feet when I thought it wasn't possible. He's an amazing person and my best friend.
