Educators, social workers, pastors, caregivers, parents, ministry staff, and nonprofit teams are often the ones running on empty. Soul Care Studio is a Charlotte-based nonprofit that offers care for teams who give a lot, through workshops, training, and retreats that help people stay healthy, connected, and able to keep serving.

2026 Initiatives

This year, we?ve been putting this care to work in our community:

• Care for a local kindergarten-readiness program: monthly team building and mental health workshops for educators and staff, plus parent support workshops for families.
• Support for summer camp counselors: weekly workshops on stress, boundaries, and caring for kids without burning out.
• Care for team leads: 1:1 consultations and coaching for the people who carry the most weight on their teams.
• Counseling scholarships: helping make counseling possible for people who would otherwise go without it.

Here?s how your shirt helps: we keep our workshops affordable for teams and still pay our facilitators fairly. Every shirt helps cover the difference of care programs for a ministry or nonprofit team.
