Juvenile rat snake, Pearle, was the victim of a sticky trap meant for pest control. Thankfully she was saved to go on to continue her job as nature's very best pest control!
Every year, injured and displaced reptiles come into care after being hit by vehicles, attacked by animals, exposed to chemicals and pesticides, stuck in traps, or displaced by habitat loss. Many require weeks, even month, of specialized rehabilitation before they can safely return to the wild.
This fundraiser directly supports state-permitted reptile and amphibian rehabilitation, helping cover specialized veterinary care, medical supplies, specialized diets, and long-term care for both hatchlings and injured adults. Some animals require advanced diagnostics, surgery, or extended recovery time, including overwinter care, to give them the best possible chance at survival.
By purchasing this clothing, you?re doing more than showing love - you?re helping give wildlife a second chance. Your support allows us to rescue, rehabilitate, and release native turtles back where they belong: in the wild.
All images are stylized versions of photos of real reptiles and amphibians that have come in to rehab!
Wear your heart on your sleeve. Love saves wildlife.
