Athena Fitness & Wellness is a women-focused studio in Olympia, Washington, built on a simple belief: movement is for every BODY.

This is where our community gets to take a piece of Athena home. Every design is created for the women who train with us, sweat with us, and show up for each other, whether you?re climbing in Athena Cycle, lifting in the Strength Room, or slowing down in Mobility Lab.

Everything here is printed to order, so you get exactly the size and style you want. Watch for limited drops tied to studio moments, launches, and seasons. When a drop closes, it?s gone.

We celebrate movement as a source of pleasure and a way to care for our bodies, never as punishment. Wear it to class, wear it everywhere, and carry the reminder with you: you belong here.

Our vision is a world where every woman is at home in her body. Thank you for being part of it.
