Circles for Life?s mission is to provide movement and holistic wellness experiences that facilitate growth, healing, and self-discovery at all ages and stages of life.

We are a family-run organization based in Richmond, VA that designs and teaches dynamic movement practices. We incorporate a variety of movement modalities?including martial arts, sports training, and dance?into our teachings and personal practice. 

We offer programming for all age groups and body types in a variety of settings--e.g., schools, universities, community centers, etc.
