Ella's Outreach is a harm reduction mutual aid organization focused on doing street outreach in the under-served Lents and Foster/Powell areas of Portland. EO is staffed by volunteers who have lived experience with drug use, housing/food insecurity, sex work, and other things that the folks we meet are navigating.
