What started as an outdoor ride to help a young girl in need has become something much more. Each year we roll our bikes outside-not just to workout, but for a purpose. We have supported many causes near and dear to our hearts. This year we are riding for mental health awareness and in support of ACCA and their efforts to assist our community in this area. Because mental health is just as important as physical health! Because too many lives have been lost in silence, and because movement has the power to heal not just the body but also the mind, and soul.

We ride in support of one another. We ride to say; You are not alone.

Join us from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, May 30th in our parking lot at F&H Fitness Studio. We can not wait to ride with you!
