Hound Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing beagles, basset hounds, foxhounds, coonhounds, bloodhounds, dachshunds, and other hound breeds throughout Central Texas. Many of the dogs we save have been abandoned, neglected, or are facing euthanasia in overcrowded Texas shelters.

Once in our care, each hound receives the medical treatment, nutrition, and compassion they need to heal and thrive. Through our network of dedicated foster homes, we provide a safe and loving environment while each dog awaits a carefully matched adoptive family.

Every donation helps us continue rescuing vulnerable hounds, providing lifesaving veterinary care, and giving these deserving dogs a second chance at the happy lives they deserve.
