Live Everyday Mindfully was created with the intention of spreading awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Like many people who struggle with mental health and anxiety we came up with Live Everyday Mindfully as a way to remind ourselves to be mindful. Being mindful of yourself, your feelings, your surroundings, the people you choose to be in your circle and how they affect you. You?ll notice an array of designs with proceeds going to not only suicide prevention but hopefully many more organizations that we can help!
