We are advocating for compensation that reflects the education, skill, and responsibility required of the role. When expectations and accountability are aligned across a team, compensation should be as well.

This is not about diminishing or competing with any other healthcare profession. We recognize and respect the vital contributions of all members of the healthcare team. Instead, this is about ensuring that paramedics are appropriately represented and valued within that system.
