Times are tough for almost everyone. We see that need every day at the only secular shelter serving women, gender diverse people, and their kids in Denver!

The Gathering Place (TGP) delivers robust wrap-around programs and is the only shelter in metropolitan Denver specifically serving women, gender diverse people and children who are experiencing poverty and homelessness. As a low-barrier organization, TGP eliminates potentially harmful rules, and responds to individuals in crisis with interventions that are centered in compassion, justice, and equity. TGP is committed to being accessible to the most vulnerable members of the community. Staff meet people where they are by providing an environment where they can be who they are culturally, physically, and emotionally.
