Tech Day of Pink is an annual event dedicated to uplifting and celebrating the hope, strength and resilience of breast cancer survivors as well as contributing toward finding a cure. Survivors share inspiring stories of courage, faith and triumph; while providing motivation to the newly-diagnosed - they conquer each day with unyielding optimism and joy. The Tech Day in Pink Event stands in honor of the many spirited Warriors who continue to combat the disease. Tiffany employees around the world are invited to participate in Breast Cancer Awareness Month, observed every October. It is a crucial campaign dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer and its impact on millions of lives. Through education, fundraising, and advocacy, this month aims to support research efforts, promote early detection, and provide resources for those affected.

Lauder, who also co-founded the Pink Ribbon, Tech Day of Pink is an initiative dedicated to mobilizing the global tech community to help create a breast cancer-free world. Tech Day of Pink was founded in 2017 by Michael W. Smith, Chief Information Officer, The Est?e Lauder Companies. Its purpose is to unite technologists and IT professionals worldwide around breast cancer awareness, education, and fundraising. Tech Day of Pink rallies ELC IT employees, partners, and the broader tech industry to amplify ELC?s Breast Cancer Campaign call-to-action and maximize their collective impact in the fight against breast cancer.
