YIP is a non-partisan, youth-led organization that empowers young people through policy education, civic engagement, and public discourse. Our mission is to educate, engage, and empower the next generation of civic change-makers with the tools to analyze, discuss, and influence public policy.

Through our policy, education, discourse, and innovation initiatives, we have trained over 1,000 fellows, published 1300+ policy briefs, reached students across the country through our pilot civic education curriculum, and engaged over 10 million students.
