We are raising funds for my mother-in-law, Benita, as she faces breast cancer and the difficult road ahead.

Benita has two major surgeries ahead of her. She is scheduled for a mastectomy on October 5, followed by reconstructive surgery approximately six months later. While we are hopeful and praying for a successful surgery and recovery, this has understandably been an incredibly difficult and emotional time for her. There is so much uncertainty to process, and she is doing her best to navigate the fear and worry of what lies ahead while continuing to take things one day at a time.

Our hope through this fundraiser is to visually show her our support by wearing these shirts and helping to take some of the financial weight off Benita and her family, so she can focus on what matters most right now: healing, resting, and being surrounded by the people who love her.
