Story has always been an concept that spoke to Tammy. Her first memories of story's are of sitting on her Grandma Erickson's lap as she read story books to her as well as Bible Story's. As Tammy grew her Grandma shared family story's as well which Tammy loved. As a young girl Tammy could often be found at the library checking out books to read. Story's of real or fictional people years past and present.

When Tammy started her photography business she wanted to incorporate "story" into her tagline. Tammy chose : "Life Story's and Love Story's , let me capture the moments of your story" . Through twenty five years of business Tammy has loved capturing moments for people thought newborns, baby, children, family, maternity, engagement sessions and wedding days. What is even more rewarding is that through some the family's moments she captured, it has lead to wonderful friendships.

Tammy has journaled through her own story line through different life circumstances. Now Tammy has began to share with others her experience as she travels through her diagnosis of High Grade Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. The doctor believes Tammy's treatment plan can extend her life but at this time it is considered uncurable. We are hoping that Tammy's resilience and hope will allow her to see success in her goal of extending her life. Tammy's desire is to see her family move forward in their success's and see her grandchildren grow and mature.

Tammy also wishes to develop new relationships to share the love of Jesus Christ and His plan of salvation for others. Tammy also enjoys help lead small groups and writing short inspirational stories relating from her life to how she sees God works in her story.

We as a family have confidence in the sarcoma specialist and her medical team who are treating through Tammy through her experience with hope and resilience .

While Tammy is covered under Medicare and supplemental insurance we are not sure what all will be covered. There are deductibles to meet plus many services and items that will not be covered under insurance. Medicines, other types of therapy, travel expenses for 16 trips in one month. There are some supplemental items as well that could be used to help Tammy heal or extend her life.
