Throughout 2026 James has been experiencing many changes to his body. Significant hypotension, neuropathy, weakness, and lack of appetite has made his normal life difficult to navigate. In May, after a few months of the unknown, he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, and began chemotherapy treatment almost immediately. While also battling cancer there is something else effecting his body that has yet to be diagnosed. There have been many doctor visits and a few hospital stays, but unfortunately we still don't have all the answers. We are optimistically waiting for an appointment at the Mayo Clinic at the end of July, hoping that will bring us answers. James is continuing to persevere what seems like the impossible. He is an amazing father, husband, son, and friend that would give the shirt off his back to any of us, so let's put on our shirts for him.
