Looking ahead, Henley has upcoming appointments in addition to her regular therapies. I decided to create a fundraiser to allow us to raise money to support medical and travel expenses. I don?t take creating this lightly and completely understand how tight everyone?s wallets are at this time.

I do a lot of research to find what and who will benefit Henley the most, or at least something Henley would be willing to try. That means that insurance doesn?t always agree with me, or facilities aren?t covered by our plan. We are working with local and state resources in an attempt to get Henley the resources she needs.

Henley clicks and works with certain providers better than others. In my opinion, it?s no different than finding what team and/or coach works best for your child and family. It depends on who knows how to push just right, when Henley needs to try a different way, scheduling, and more. Henley?s therapists and activities are her coaches and team. They are a part of Team Henley. Just like cheer or softball allows your child to grow and develop, Henley?s therapies push her to grow and develop skills for life.
