Mental health matters deeply to me, both personally and as a counseling student preparing to work in the mental health field.

I?m participating in this suicide prevention walk to help spread a message I believe everyone deserves to hear: you matter, your life has value, and you are worthy of support, care, and belonging.

This campaign is about showing up for those we?ve lost, those who are struggling, those who love them, and anyone who has ever needed a reminder that they are not alone.
