About this campaign

COVID HOSPITAL PROTOCOL ROUNDTABLE

Nurses ? Patients ? Families ? Accountability

Washington, D.C. ? September 28, 2026

Looks like your text is -82 character over the limit. Please shorten it to 200 characters or less.

For many nurses, patients, and families, the COVID years were more than a chapter in history?they were experiences that changed us forever. We stood inside hospitals, at bedsides, and beside families during one of the most consequential periods in modern healthcare.

Some of us asked difficult questions. Some advocated for patients when their voices were not being heard. Some faced enormous professional and personal consequences for speaking openly about what we witnessed.

On September 28, 2026, we are bringing those voices to Washington, D.C. for the COVID Hospital Protocol Roundtable?a gathering centered on the experiences of nurses, patients, and families and the continuing need for transparency, ethical reflection, patient-centered care, and accountability.

These shirts were created to represent that story.

PATIENT CARE. NOT POLITICS.

Because the patient must remain at the center of healthcare.

THE NURSES WHO WOULDN?T STAY SILENT.

Because nurses have an ethical responsibility to advocate, question, document, and speak when something does not sit right.

WE WERE THERE.

We saw it.

We questioned it.

We spoke up.

Whether you are joining us in Washington, D.C., lived through these experiences yourself, supported someone who did, or simply believe that patients and families deserve a voice in their healthcare, this shirt is a way to stand with the conversation.

This isn?t about forgetting the past.

It?s about making sure we learn from it.

Wear the message. Start the conversation. Stand with the nurses, patients, and families who still believe their stories matter.

I created this campaign in hopes of documenting this historical, long-overdue, event. My hope is to hire a photographer, videographer and social media editor. Depending on how well this campaign performs - create a documentary!

if you?re interested in being a part of this in person or connecting later on, fill out this questionnaire. May accountability and healing begin!
