The Quiltmaker Caf? is a nonprofit, counter-service restaurant, offering a full menu and no pricing to guests. Our mission is to provide community and healthy meals to all people, regardless of their ability to donate.

The Quiltmaker Caf? mission will be fulfilled by utilizing the seven main elements of the One World Everybody Eats model for the operation of the caf?.

Volunteers will comprise the vital majority of staff for The Quiltmaker Caf?. Maximizing the use of volunteers is a strong, viable way to lower cafe costs. This allows funds to go toward other necessities like local ingredients and subsidizing the cost of meals for those who may need to give less.

Any paid employees will earn a living wage, addressing the fact that poverty and food insecurity often go hand-in-hand.

Community seating will be offered to provide an equalizer for all guests regardless of economic, social, or situational status.
