Together for Our Kids
Supporting Our Kids, Keeping Connections
Dear Friends, Family, and Neighbors,
I?m reaching out as Austin?s grandma to help Austin, Nash, Waylon, Jacob, and Graysyn keep connections that mean so much to them.
Austin is six years old and has autism. Over the past three years, the staff at his ABA program have become people he trusts and looks forward to seeing. To our family, they feel like family.
Now that the program is no longer accepting Medicaid, families like ours are facing a heartbreaking change. Along with losing access to a familiar program, our children may lose regular time with people they have grown close to.
We are raising money to help Austin, Nash, Waylon, Jacob, and Graysyn spend time with familiar caregivers outside the ABA program. The money will help pay for their time providing play, companionship, and support in a private setting. This fundraiser supports those personal connections and activities, rather than clinical ABA treatment or the program?s operating costs.
Our hope is simple: to keep these caring people in our children?s lives.
By purchasing a fundraiser shirt, making a donation, or sharing our fundraiser, you can help make these visits possible. We will keep supporters informed about how funds are used to help the participating children.
Our shirts say, ?Supporting Our Kids, Keeping Connections,? because that is exactly what we hope to do.
Thank you for caring about Austin, Nash, Waylon, Jacob, and Graysyn, and for helping us preserve relationships that have meant so much to our families. Every bit of support is appreciated.
With heartfelt thanks,
Ronda Foster
